Bachelorette shirt bar questions, answered straight
The three questions every maid of honor asks before booking — each with a full, number-included answer. No "it depends" without the depends explained.
How much does it cost?
The real ballpark, the per-head math for a typical crew, and the five factors that move the quote.
How does it actually work?
Minute-by-minute: what we set up, what guests do, how long each shirt takes, and what you're responsible for (almost nothing).
What shirts should we pick?
The garment guide — brands, fits, sizing without the group-chat spreadsheet, and how to make the bride stand out.
Quick hits
Do we need to collect sizes beforehand?
No — that's half the point. We bring a size run and guests pick blanks at the party. If your crew skews heavily one direction, mention it in the form and we'll weight the rack.
Can guests bring their own garments?
Yes. Denim jackets, thrifted tees, and baby onesies for the pregnant bridesmaid have all crossed our press. We test-press a corner first and flag anything heat-sensitive.
How far out should we book?
Spring and fall Saturdays fill 2–4 months out; summer and weekdays are friendlier. Vegas trips should add lead time for the travel plan. Details in the booking timeline post.
